The special design of the Mibrasa® Charcoal oven allows users control over the air flow and the intensity of the embers allowing you to cook all types of foods retaining their natural flavours whilst bringing out a truly unique taste.

The HMB Mini Plus (Compact-Mini Plus) is a worktop charcoal fired oven that comes in narrow dimensions perfect for tight kitchens and adaptable to any kitchen workspace. Fuelled solely by charcoal this compact unit delivers the original Mibrasa flavour.

The technical specifications allow the user to accurately control the air flow through the grill, changing the intensity of the embers. This is an extremely efficient way of cooking and cuts down the amount of charcoal needed.
