The special design of the Mibrasa® Charcoal oven allows users control over the air flow and the intensity of the embers allowing you to cook all types of foods retaining their natural flavours whilst bringing out a truly unique taste.

Floor Standing Charcoal Fired Mibrasa Oven with Full Cupboard

The Mibrasa HMB AC has a full cupboard with an average temperature of 40°C perfect for bringing the meat to temperature and keeping the ingredients warm. It also comes with a natural heated holding cupboard below with a temperature between 50 to 70°C.

Enclosed design means faster cooking and cooler working environment than an open grill.
