  • The owner of this site is peachman.co.uk,whose holding company’s head office address is Drayton High Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR8 6AH.
  • All items sold are commercial products intended for commercial customers. All items are sold on a B2B (Business to Business) contract. All items are designed for use on a commercial site and warranty terms may be affected if they are used in a non-commercial environment.
  • By using our site you agree that e-mail is an acceptable form of long distance communication.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for any loss of earnings, life, and damage to property or personal injury as a result of dealings with peachman.co.uk .
  • The entire contents of the site and any data associated with it are the property of peachman.co.uk . No party is permitted to duplicate wholly or in part, any aspects of this data.
  • Orders can only be placed online.  We accept most major credit and debit cards.
  • We will not pass any of the personal information that you give us to any third party. We shall process your order in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • When placing an order you must provide us with the correct billing address, telephone number and the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card and the payment has been properly received. You must ensure that you have the funds to complete the sale.
  • Any incorrect or fictitious credit card details entered on the site will result in a full investigation and possible prosecution.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site if we suspect that you are not adhering or plan to not adhere to the terms and conditions.
  • A confirmation e-mail should be sent to you once the order has been placed. It is your duty to check that the particulars contained within that e-mail are correct peachman.co.uk cannot be held responsible for erroneous information entered when you place your order.
  • Most manufacturers / suppliers operate a shutdown towards the end of December / beginning of January and therefore there will be a slight delay in the lead time of goods during this period.
  • All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once you have placed your order you may cancel that order either by replying to the emailed order acknowledgement, emailing via our enquiries form, or by calling 01603 756134. This option is only valid before the goods have been dispatched and subject to the relevant manufacturer’s / supplier’s terms and conditions. Cancellations after this point are subject to the relevant manufacturer’s / supplier’s terms and conditions.
  • In the event of a pricing error on the site, we will contact you before the goods are dispatched. The new price payable will be given to you along with the option to either cancel or continue the sale at the revised price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil any orders where errors have occurred with either the description of the goods, goods that are no longer available, or the price of the goods.
  • We attempt to ensure that all product specifications and images are correct at the time of creation / modification, but manufacturers can alter specifications without notifying us, or misprint them.  If the listed specifications are altered we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us if you wish to confirm any details before ordering.
  • Placing an order on our site does not enter peachman.co.uk into a contract of sale with you, only once goods have been released for despatch by the manufacturer / supplier has a contract between yourself and peachman.co.uk been formed. At this point, the title to any goods passed to you along with any risk associated with those goods.
  • We are not responsible if you are inconvenienced financially or otherwise if an order is delivered late, is not fulfilled or arrives broken or incorrectly. Shortages on orders and damage must be reported to us within 2 working days of the goods being delivered (or however long is stipulated by the supplier or manufacturer of the goods supplied). We are not obliged to fulfil any shortage on an order after this time. If there is damage or any other issue with equipment delivered, solutions offered will be subject to the manufacturer’s/supplier’s terms and conditions.
  • peachman.co.uk does not take any responsibility for warranties on any goods advertised on our site. Engineers acting directly for or on behalf of the manufacturer / supplier will attend to warranty callouts. If the fault(s) are not found to be covered under the manufacturer’s / supplier’s warranty terms and conditions, including their maintenance guidance, then the callout(s) will be charged for. Charges may be incurred before any callout in case this scenario occurs. The manufacturer / supplier may not send someone until the callout is paid for in full, or alternatively, may leave the equipment in a non-working state until the payment is received. The engineer may also ask for payment on arrival or completion. If payment is made prior the callout(s) and the fault(s) diagnosed and repaired are covered within the manufacturer’s / supplier’s terms and conditions then a full refund will be issued.
  • peachman.co.uk cannot be held responsible for negligence, failures or omissions of telecommunications or service providers.
  • All goods must be installed by qualified commercial engineers and by engineers with the relevant legal qualifications where required.
  • Working days, as referenced in these Terms and Conditions and the Delivery Terms, are Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice and it is recommended that you refer to them on a regular basis and before placing orders with us.
  • These terms and conditions supersede any other conditions, understandings or representations communicated via e-mail verbally or otherwise. Payment received by us constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
  • If any part of the terms and conditions are found to be inaccurate or invalid the remainder of the document remains unaffected.
  • All sales are deemed to have been completed in the UK and are subject to the laws and taxes of that region.
  • None of our terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
