Mibrasa HMB 110 Worktop Charcoal Oven

The special design of the Mibrasa® Charcoal oven allows users control over the air flow and the intensity of the embers allowing you to cook all types of foods retaining their natural flavours whilst bringing out a truly unique taste.

The HMB model is one of the most compact Mibrasas in the range and is often incorporated into a horizontal cooking range or placed on to a refrigerated drawer base.

The technical specifications allow the user to accurately control the air flow through the grill, changing the intensity of the embers. This is an extremely efficient way of cooking and cuts down the amount of charcoal needed.
