Super-thin sheets free from wrinkles or tears: Sirio dough sheeters can roll out any type of pastry dough to perfection

Synchronized conveyors and a digital display to view the rolling thickness enable more precise adjustment to obtain the ideal sheet of pastry for an optimal final product

The conveyor rolling direction can be reversed using the joystick and foot pedal

The sheeter is easily cleaned thanks to the removable scrapers and shielded bearings that prevent flour infiltration

It also requires minimal work space: the surfaces can be folded up to occupy less space when not in use
