Significantly reduced chilling times
Chilling and freezing times have been significantly reduced compared to previous models, while a powerful food probe sensor can save energy by stopping the cycle as soon as the food reaches the required temperature.
Equal chilling and freezing capacities
All models are able to accept the maximum product weight in both the chill and freeze mode of operation.
Williams Easy Blast 1-2-3 controller
The simple to operate controller makes it easy for any member of staff to program and monitor the cycle. The clear digital display shows the elapsed time and the food probe temperature.
Energy efficiency
Our latest models use natural hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a charge < 150g, it falls below the threshold for hydrocarbon equipment, meaning no costly insurance or zone control necessary, allowing it to be placed on the cookline.
The redesigned sleek self-closing door improves energy efficiency, whilst the precision injected 75mm polyurethane insulation increases thermal efficiency.
Flexible range of models
Williams offers a flexible range of 5 blast chillers and 5 blast chiller / freezer models, with capacities ranging from 10kg to 50kg.
For larger operations, our roll-in range can hold capacities of up to 320kg.
