Density Switch: Density Control: When RPM drops due to the Gelato reaching the correct density or the paddles slow because of obstruction such as ice build up, the paddle stops, preventing damage.

Starter Kit: Gelato starter kit provided produces 6 different flavours. Each 180g bag produces approximately 1L of either Gelato, Sorbet or Yoghurt flavours inc: Hazelnut, Chocolate, Vanilla, Yoghurt, Strawberry, Lemon.
