The special design of the Mibrasa® Charcoal oven allows users control over the air flow and the intensity of the embers allowing you to cook all types of foods retaining their natural flavours whilst bringing out a truly unique taste.

Charcoal Fired Mibrasa Oven with Stand and Heating Rack

The HMB SB series incorporates the heating rack which is essential for resting meats and storing and holding pots and pans in the 45°C environment that the ovens residual heat produces.

The technical specifications allow the user to accurately control the air flow through the grill, changing the intensity of the embers. This is an extremely efficient way of cooking and cuts down the amount of charcoal needed.

Enclosed design means faster cooking and cooler working environment than an open grill
