This unique machine is the next stage from the pass-through range, where
volume is in excess of 60 racks per hour and speed is essential. With a maximum
speed of 85 racks per hour this fixed speed washer will provide superb wash and
rinse finishing. With one wash and one rinse tank the machine can be set up with
either left or right hand rack entry. Racks are drawn through a double laterally
drawn advanced system, ensuring no rack derailing. The double skin access door
diminishes heat loss and with optional drying tunnel and steam condensing, this
is a truly versatile machine. |
The AX160 has all the advantages of the AX151 but with a longer conveyor, hence
more racks can be conveyed through the machine at any one time. As with the
AX151, the tanks have no welded seems thus guaranteeing perfect sanitary
conditions. Vertically mounted self-cleaning pumps allow total drainage of tanks
which activate at the end of each wash session. Specify left or right hand entry

The first of the two speed cycle rack conveyor dishwashers, offers a rack
throughput of 85-110 racks per hour. With one wash and one rinse tank, the
conformity to DIN10510 is assured thus providing the best possible results.
Optional drying tunnel and/or steam condensing units can provide for further
enhancement to the system. All wash and rinse arms are easily accessible and
removable for cleaning purposes to the entire AX range. Specify left or right hand

The AX250 rack conveyor offers a rack throughput of 90-140 racks per hour. As
with all the AX rack conveyors a maximum plate height of 400mm is accepted,
however, trays and mixing bowls can also be put through this machine. Equipped
with one wash chamber and double rinse chamber hygiene is assured. A heat
recovery system can be employed as an option offering great savings to energy
consumption. Specify left or right hand entry when ordering. |
The AX300 offers a rack throughput of 150-190 racks per hour. This machine is
fitted with a pre-wash zone which will remove the majority of heavy soiling from
items prior to entry to the main wash tank. All options are available with this
machine to provide a complete system in washing with speed. Specify left or right
hand entry when ordering. |
The AX380 offers a rack throughput of 150-190 racks per hour. Incorporating prewash,
wash and 2 rinse chambers, top quality results can be achieved. With over
3,400 plates being cleaned per hour, the AX380 can offer cost savings of hot water
consumption and detergent usage due to it’s stepped tank levels which recycle
the water to it’s best advantage. This economy system can save up to ½ Kilo of
detergent per hour when compared to other machines. Specify left or right hand

The AX440 offers a rack throughput of 190-240 racks per hour, cleaning a massive
4,320 plates. This machine has a pre-wash chamber, 2 wash chambers and 2
rinse chambers to ensure speed of operation with truly first class results. All AX
machines maximise power consumption due to their double voltage plating and
therefore power is consumed in relation to the speed of the machine. Specify left

This top of the range machine offers 240-310 racks per hour making the AX540
suitable for the most demanding of operations with up to 5,580 plates washed
per hour. As with all AX machines conforming to the stringent DIN10510 standard
of 120 seconds contact time in the chemical tanks before the rinse starts, this
machine with pre-wash, 2 wash and 2 rinse tanks will satisfy the needs of most
