PIZZA OVENS
Monobloc ovens suited to bake, gratinate and heat up according to different
needs: pizza restaurants, delicatessen’s, fast food outlets, pubs, bars, etc...
The 430DS has a single chamber and the 830DS has a double, both with a stainless steel front. The internal
dimensions offer a generous bake area.
An analogic thermostatic control provides exact temperature control, adjustable up to 370ºC.
Heat transfers from both the ceiling and base and is controlled by seperate thermostats. Each oven has a safety thermostat rechargable at 420ºC and each chamber has a feeler thermometer control on the elements assuring constant temperatures.
