Catering Installation Contracts
Peachman contracts can vary from complete kitchen installations in newly built restaurants to one off sales of individual equipment. Over the next couple of pages we’ll detail a few of the most recently completed contracts.

In the company’s quest to go from strength to strength and branch out and excel in different areas, Peachman installed a complete cafe and
adjacent purpose built kitchen within the newly built office building Kingfisher House at the St Andrews Business Park in Thorpe St Andrew.

The kitchen specification from induction hobs to dishwashers was of the highest standard, using only the top manufacturers including the Ilsa range of refrigeration cabinets.

The client, Eurest was delighted with the result and happily signed off the project as everything had been completed on time and to the specification and expectation anticipated.

Awarded mid-January and completed early June, the new catering building in the Norwich
Union call centre located in the Broadland Business Park is to seat approximately 150 staff.

In order to meet this requirement Peachman decided to supply Norwich Union with the latest
innovative scc combi steamer from the manufacturer Rational.

Having been launched just days earlier the new SCC combi offers the option of quality mass cooking with speed and ease.

Throughout the various preparation and cooking
areas, Peachman’s exclusive refrigeration and warewashing products were incorporated, featuring DIHR’s 12s/HT pass through dishwasher and Ilsa’s Elite range of refrigerated cabinet.

Fronting the operation is a bespoke servery counter with back bar units, incorporating sinks, soup wells, heated gantries, hot cupboards, hot plates and a multi-tier sandwich display.

Virgin approached Peachman with the aim to produce a design and install scheme for a kitchen and servery on a mezzanine floor area catering for approximately 150 people.

A Blue Seal cooking suite, featuring; 2 six burner gas oven ranges, 2 gas fryers, a target top oven, a bratt pan and a salamander grill, were installed, backed up with the latest Rational combi oven.

The servery consisted of corian worktops with deep rolled edges, extended in width to allow for stainless steel tray runners. Incorporated into the counter were bain marie units for hot food, blown air refrigeration, plate lowerators, cutlery trays and a beverage station. To extend the servery options Peachman installed refrigerated glass door display units for fresh sandwiches.

• Remove Existing Servery
• Install New Victor Counters

Our brief from the customer was to remove and
dispose of the existing servery equipment and
design and install modern new replacements
for their dining area.

The counters used were selected from the
Victor range. The frontages and all exposed
end panels were finished in laminate panelling
complete with hardwood corners, units were
fitted with a laminate kick plinth to the
customers side and were finished with a
timber fascia. Laminate trayslides with three
tray runners were also incorporated.

The make up of the servery consisted of twin
stack, self-levelling heated plate dispensers,
wet/dry heated bains marie, blown air cooled
display wells, ambient units, heated glass
top units incorporating two independently
controlled drop-in glass pads.

Kitchen worktops were constructed in grade
304 stainless steel with heavy duty sound
deadened tops with sandwich construction.

Base units had Emcor hobs installed into tops
and open stainless steel undershelves, with
voids left to accommodate refrigerators.

Kitchen sinks and drainers were constructed
in 18/10 stainless steel with heavy duty sound
deadened tops with 50mm upstands to the
rear.

Each kitchen was also supplied with a toaster,
Falcon grill, frost-free freezer, undercounter
larder refrigerator, fridge-freezer and a
microwave.

up areas. Blue Seal, DIHR, Icematic & Ilsa equipment was used in the finalised design.

New front of house carvery units with new ovens & grills for the finalised design.

To refurbish existing ice-cream bar and incorporate new servery equipment, new roller shutter and new non-slip flooring.

New, busy fast food outlet comprising grills, fryers, fries serveries and burger chutes.

The Firs, Cromer Road, Norwich
Brand new kitchen installation in busy Norwich public house. Featuring a Blue Seal Cooking
suite with extraction canopy, DIHR warewashing equipment & Ilsa refrigeration.
