Strategy or Chance?
From stage one Peachman will assist with the design concept from your brief and develop idea’s with you to create the kitchen solution for your needs.

Always mindful of business growth, equipment selection is critical as is aftersales. We promise that we will be there in support with advice and after care service long after other suppliers would have been paid and long gone. We really do care and value future relationships and future business, so please, don’t leave it to chance, leave it to Peachman.

1. Concept
Whether it’s an idea derived from a certain theme or influence from an intended menu, Peachman have dedicated designers with years of experience to help you bring your visualisation to life.

Creativity and purpose are key elements that we consider during the design process. The dimension of the area and the desire of the customer are both used in order to fulfil the operations full potential.

After surveying the premises and taking into account current legislation, such as the REGULATION (EC) No 852/2004 hygiene and foodstuffs act, Peachman will build a picture of what the customer is hoping to achieve and can then move into the next stage:

2. Design
With the concept established we then need to consider the functionality of the environment and ensure we use the available space economically.

Flow-through, work surface space and cross-contamination are just some of the areas that need to be addressed in the design process, whilst always considering the budget constraints.

Correct equipment selection is critical and many considerations are taken into account. May these be specification, production capacities, ergonomics or esthetics, they are all important to the finished project. Wherever possible, we try to encourage the use of eco-friendly appliances and those appliances which have proven records for energy savings.

With the design now coming together we are able to create a fully itemised CAD drawing to let the customer see how their finished installation will look.

3. Installation
Having the design and equipment selection approved we would then produce a services
drawing together with a method statement for the installation programme. A health and safety statement and rish assessment will be compiled for each site to ensure that we conform to all legislation.

Using our own qualified engineers on every job
provides peace of mind that the completed project conforms in every respect.

4. Commissioning & After Sales
After the installation of all equipment and extraction systems, a presentation pack is provided with all equipment details outlining specifications, model and serial numbers. The level of warranty on each item is listed with contact numbers for breakdown service.
Cleaning recommendations are set out as are the instructions. Out of office contacts and phone numbers are clearly stated for you.

Training on all pieces of equipment is essential to allow you or your chef full knowledge of how to obtain the best possible use of appliances. Where necessary we will involve the manufacturers chef for staff training on specific items. Peachman Service will always be there for you, may it be during normal hours, evening or weekends, we pride ourselves in the response and care we take with our clients to keep your business functional.

When additional equipment is required or a new project comes along we will be there to help with the same commitment as if you were a new client.
