PRICES
All prices are excluding VAT which is chargeable at the standard rate

ORDERING
Orders for next working day delivery must be placed by 1pm. Please be aware that Blue Seal, True Refrigeration and Peachman Refrigerated Displays are 4/5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Orders will not be accepted verbally and should be faxed, e-mailed or in writing.

Orders will be despatched providing the account is in credit and not over the account credit limit.

DELIVERIES OF EQUIPMENT
Delivery is free of charge to all UK mainland destinations and will be between 9am and 5pm. during working days – Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are termed “tail board” which means that items are delivered just off the vehicle at the premises and not carried into the premises.

Timed deliveries can be arranged via our sales office with an appropriate charge being levied.

We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries which is beyond our control.

All deliveries must be inspected for equipment damage upon arrival. If equipment damage has been identified you must sign the delivery note DAMAGED. Please notify our sales office straight away. Claims will not be entered into if damage advise is not forthcoming immediately.

DELIVERIES OF SPARES
A minimum order charge of £15.00 plus VAT is applicable. Carriage charges for spares and accessories is applicable. Whilst we endeavour to meet next day delivery schedules we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

WEEE DIRECTIVE
The WEEE directive is intended to prevent electrical and electronic waste from being introduced into landfill sites and defines various waste catagories for differentiating electrical and electronic equipment. For more details contact the equipment manufacturer.

RETURN OF GOODS
Equipment wishing to be returned will only be accepted if agreed by PEACHMAN. A restocking charge of 10% of the list price will be applicable and charged. A minimum of £100.00 plus VAT will apply. In addition return transit charges will be made. If equipment is returned it must be returned in its original packaging and on a pallet, where applicable.

Spares and accessories wishing to be returned will be charged at 15% of the list price. Return delivery charges will not be accepted.

If return goods have been inadequately packaged for return and arrive damaged charges may be made.

PAYMENTS
It is a material term of the contract that ALL invoices are to be paid within 28 days from the date of the PEACHMAN invoice.

Overdue accounts will be subject to an interest charge of 3% per month. Overdue accounts will immediately go on STOP until such a time as the account is in balance. Failure to comply may result in loss of credit status.

A 3% charge is levied on all credit card transactions. A £1.00 surcharge is levied on all debit card transactions.

INSURANCE
Contents insurance is the responsibility of the user and not covered by PEACHMAN nor the manufacturer of the equipment.

CORRECTIONS
Whilst every care has been taken in the production of our catalogues, pricelists and websites PEACHMAN accept no liability for any omissions or errors. PEACHMAN reserve the right to change or alter any specification without prior notice.
