EVOLUTION OVEN RANGES
Whatever the scale of the operation, Blue Seal Evolution Series Oven Ranges have a gas or electric option to suit. Gas options come equipped with 7kW open cooktop burners, while the electric versions offer heavy-duty 2.4kW radiant elements.

The rugged and durable exterior is finished with highest 304 grade stainless steel and features a strong hinged drop down door with a cool touch stainless steel door handle.

Within the fully welded and enamelled oven itself, cast iron sole plates ensure even heat distribution and with the 100% flame failure protection you can be sure that your kitchen meets all necessary safety regulations.

Heavy-duty motors and circulation fans in the convection ovens reduce cooking times and enable food to be cooked at lower temperatures.
