It is most important that you choose a machine that has the power
to keep up with the demands of your washing requirements. In
heavy duty use the machine must have boiler elements suitable
for recovery of the boiler’s water back to 85-90°C for wash after
wash. It is at this temperature that bacteria is killed and the items
washed should be exposed to this temperature for approximately
15 seconds. Also drops in rinse temperature will create poor rinse
quality and foaming in the wash tank.
