DIHR provide 4 quality checks to each individual machine before they are allowed to leave the factory. Firstly, before a machine has
been assembled, every component is checked and passed to WRAS standards to ensure it complies with the strict regulations. The
machine, once built, is then put through a complete wash cycle before moving on to the next stage. In order for the machine to
receive it’s CE certification a parametric computer test is performed. If at this point a machine fails the test, it is not issued with it’s
own serial number and will never leave the building. In order to maintain excellent service and product reliability each machine,
owing to its serial number, is 100% traceable. The final test the machine has to pass before it can be released is the Dielectric
Resistance Control which ensures that the machine is electrically safe for use and conforms to legislation.
The machines themselves are formed from the finest AISI 304 stainless steel. This type of steel has been chosen for its resistance to
corrosion caused by some detergents.
The machines are also designed in order to have the lowest possible electrical consumption whilst still maintaining a fast response
of heating elements during the stand-by phase.
DIHR can boast the largest product range on the European market and are constantly looking for further product development. |
